Los jóvenes andaluces menores de 30 años tienen la oportunidad de iniciar su propio camino laboral
El proyecto está liderado por la Fundación UNED, junto con la Fundación INCYDE y la Unión Europea a través del Fondo Social Europeo
Madrid, 14 de febrero de 2018. La Fundación UNED, junto con la Fundación INCYDE y la Unión Europea a través del fondo social europeo ponen en marcha el Itinerario de Emprendimiento Juvenil dirigido a menores de 30 años que viven en Andalucía. Conscientes de que el empleo y la mejora de este pasa por un asesoramiento y una formación adecuada, hemos diseñado un programa formativo en emprendimiento para ayudar a los jóvenes a emprender su camino laboral. Cada grupo está formado solo por 15 personas.
Este proyecto está dirigido a:
■ Jóvenes menores de 30 años que ni estudian ni trabajan
Los objetivos del proyecto son:
■ Incorporar al mercado laboral a menores de 30 años sin ocupación y con dificultades para integrarse en sistemas formativos
■ Sensibilizar a estos jóvenes con el emprendimiento y las estrategias de gestión empresarial
■ Fomentar la incorporación de este colectivo al mercado laboral generando su propio puesto de trabajo, mediante el desarrollo de planes individualizados de emprendimiento
La actividad formativa comprende:
■ Formación grupal en emprendimiento, habilidades personales y herramientas de gestión empresarial
■ Formación individual para la elaboración de un Plan de Emprendimiento
Individualizado.
■ Formación online destinada a complementar las actividades presenciales
No se trata de formación teórica, sino de abrir caminos a los jóvenes y guiarles para que puedan afrontar su futuro laboral con éxito.
