Esta línea de ayudas está dirigida a aquellas personas físicas que realicen o quieran iniciar una actividad empresarial o profesional como trabajadoras autónomas.
Medida 1.1 Fomento de iniciativas emprendedoras
Podrán ser beneficiarias de las ayudas convocadas en 2017, en los términos establecidos en el artículo 10 de la Orden de 2 de diciembre de 2016, las personas físicas que realicen o quieran iniciar una actividad empresarial o profesional como trabajadoras autónomas y se encuentren en alguno de los supuestos que se relacionan a continuación:
a) Que se establezcan como trabajadoras autónomas, estando dadas de alta en el Régimen Especial de Trabajadores Autónomos o en la mutualidad correspondiente en el momento de la presentación de la solicitud de la ayuda.
b) Que en los dos años inmediatamente anteriores a la fecha del establecimiento como trabajadoras autónomas no hayan estado dadas de alta en el Régimen Especial de Trabajadores Autónomos o en la mutualidad correspondiente.
c) Que cumplan los requisitos establecidos en el artículo 12 de la Orden de 2 de diciembre de 2016.
