La Consejería de Igualdad y Políticas Sociales ha publicado en el Boletín Oficial de la Junta de Andalucía (BOJA número 75 de 21 de abril) las bases reguladoras por la que este establecen los criterios para la concesión de ambas ayudas.
Sobre la característica de cada una de estas líneas de incentivos, Innovactiva 6.000, está orientada a sufragar los gastos para la puesta en marcha de proyectos empresariales. A esta línea de incentivos podrán optar jóvenes andaluces o residentes en Andalucía con formación académica universitaria o de ciclo formativo de grado medio o superior que presenten un proyecto avalado por un informe de viabilidad realizado por la Fundación Pública Andaluza ‘Andalucía Emprende’.
Las ayudas se pueden solicitar para constituir empresas con forma jurídica societaria o para constituirse como profesional o empresario autónomo. En el caso de solicitar para este segundo supuesto se deberá acreditar que el solicitante no ha estado dado de alta en el régimen especial de autónomos, durante el año inmediatamente anterior a la entrada en vigor de la convocatoria.
Serán subvencionables las actuaciones encaminadas a la constitución de las empresas y también aquellas actuaciones encaminadas a la puesta en funcionamiento de la nueva empresa tales como la adquisición de equipos informáticos, mobiliario e inmovilizado material e inmaterial, como: licencias de software, software, dominios web, maquinaria, leasing, propiedad industrial, obras de adaptación y mejora de infraestructura propia o elementos de transporte.
